All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). u2slot does not charge withdrawal fees. Standard processing times apply per payment method.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which u2slot holds its international gaming authority licence.
In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:
2.1 By accessing, browsing, or using the u2slot Platform in any capacity — including registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or claiming a bonus — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.
2.2 If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and, if applicable, close your Account by contacting our customer support team.
2.3 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and u2slot with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral.
2.4 u2slot reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. See Section 14 for details on amendments.
3.1 Age Requirement. The u2slot Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering an account or placing any wager, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. u2slot conducts mandatory age and identity verification (KYC) on all accounts prior to processing any withdrawal.
3.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility. You represent and warrant that online gaming is not prohibited by the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction of residence. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your participation on the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. u2slot makes no representation that the Platform is available or appropriate for use in any specific jurisdiction.
3.3 Underage Accounts. If u2slot discovers or reasonably suspects that an Account belongs to a person under 21 years of age, u2slot will immediately suspend the Account, void all wagers placed and bonuses claimed, and return the net deposit amount (less any withdrawals already processed) to the verified deposit source. u2slot cooperates fully with any regulatory investigation relating to underage gambling.
3.4 Self-Exclusion Compliance. You warrant that you are not subject to any voluntary or regulatory self-exclusion order that would prohibit your participation on the Platform. If you are currently self-excluded from any licensed gaming operator, you must not register with u2slot.
4.1 One Account Policy. Each individual may hold only one (1) registered Account with u2slot. Duplicate accounts — whether created intentionally or inadvertently — will be closed. Balances in duplicate accounts may be forfeited. If you have inadvertently opened a duplicate account, you must notify u2slot support immediately.
4.2 Registration Information. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration and maintain the accuracy of your registered details throughout the life of your Account. Material discrepancies between registered details and KYC documentation may result in Account suspension pending resolution.
4.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. All activity conducted through your Account — including wagers placed and withdrawals requested — is deemed to have been authorised by you. You must notify u2slot immediately via live chat or email if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
4.4 Non-Transferability. Accounts and the funds held therein are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your Account or any portion of your Account balance to any third party.
4.5 KYC Verification. u2slot reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method. Withdrawal requests above RM 5,000 per transaction may require enhanced verification. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or Account suspension.
5.1 Currency. All transactions on the u2slot Platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). No currency conversion fees are charged by u2slot.
5.2 Accepted Deposit Methods. u2slot currently accepts deposits via Touch n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, Maybank FPX, CIMB FPX, Public Bank FPX, Visa, Mastercard, and selected cryptocurrency networks (USDT TRC-20, Bitcoin). Available methods are subject to change. Minimum deposit amount is RM 20 unless otherwise specified for a particular promotion.
5.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are processed as follows: Touch n Go eWallet and Boost — typically under 5 minutes; FPX bank transfers — typically under 30 minutes; card and cryptocurrency withdrawals — subject to third-party processing times. u2slot does not charge withdrawal fees. Minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50.
5.4 Withdrawal to Deposit Source. Withdrawals will be returned to the same method used for the original deposit, subject to method availability. u2slot reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.
5.5 Dormant Accounts. An Account that has had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months is classified as dormant. A monthly administrative fee of RM 20 (or the remaining balance if lower) may be applied to dormant accounts. Members will be notified by email prior to any dormancy fee being applied.
6.1 All bonus offers, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives made available by u2slot are subject to specific terms applicable to each promotion, which are published on the Promotions page and take precedence over these general Terms with respect to the specific promotion.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be satisfied before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings may be withdrawn. Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, a standard wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount applies.
6.3 Bonus Abuse. u2slot reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel associated winnings, and suspend or close any Account that u2slot reasonably determines has engaged in bonus abuse, collusion, or any strategy designed to exploit promotional offers in a manner not intended by u2slot.
6.4 One Bonus at a Time. Members may not hold more than one active bonus simultaneously unless explicitly permitted by the specific promotion terms.
6.5 u2slot reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any promotion already claimed and actively being wagered will be honoured under its original terms.
7.1 All slot games and RNG table games available on the u2slot Platform utilise certified random number generator (RNG) technology that has been independently audited and certified by recognised testing laboratories. Published return-to-player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
7.2 Live dealer games are conducted using physical equipment (cards, roulette wheels, dice) under monitored studio conditions. The outcome of live dealer games cannot be influenced by software or by u2slot.
7.3 Malfunction Voids All Pays. In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or system failure that affects the outcome or settlement of any game, u2slot reserves the right to void affected wagers and return stakes to the Member's Account. u2slot's decision in such matters is final.
7.4 Sportsbook Bet Settlement. Sportsbook bets are settled in accordance with the specific sport rules applicable to each market as published in the sportsbook help section. In the event of a dispute over the result of any sporting event, u2slot will use official results from the relevant governing body.
The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:
9.1 All content on the u2slot Platform — including but not limited to the u2slot name, logo, trademarks, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and design — is the exclusive property of u2slot or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in any u2slot intellectual property.
9.3 You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of u2slot.
10.1 The u2slot Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While u2slot takes reasonable steps to ensure the Platform is available and error-free, u2slot does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
10.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, u2slot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
10.3 u2slot's total aggregate liability to any Member for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 12-month period immediately preceding the claim.
10.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
11.1 u2slot collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
11.2 u2slot implements technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. All data in transit is encrypted using 256-bit SSL/TLS protocols.
12.1 u2slot is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The Platform provides members with a suite of tools including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, reality checks, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion — all configurable from the Account settings page.
12.2 Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and without exception. A Member who activates self-exclusion will not be able to access their Account for the duration selected, and will not receive promotional communications for the same period.

12.4 The Platform is strictly for individuals aged 21 and above. u2slot fully supports parental controls and filtering tools and encourages households with minors to use appropriate software to prevent access to gaming platforms.
13.1 u2slot reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; reasonable suspicion of fraud or prohibited activity; failure to complete KYC verification within a specified timeframe; or regulatory requirement.
13.2 Upon Account closure by either party, any remaining real-money balance (excluding Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the Member's verified deposit source within 5 business days, provided KYC verification is complete.
13.3 Members may close their Account voluntarily at any time by contacting u2slot customer support via the official live chat channel. Closure requests are processed within 24 hours.
14.1 u2slot reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, u2slot will notify registered members via the email address on file at least 7 days prior to the changes taking effect.
14.2 The current version of these Terms is always available at https://u2slot.app/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision.
14.3 Continued use of the Platform after any revision to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 13.
15.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which u2slot holds its international gaming authority licence, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
15.2 Informal Resolution. In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting u2slot customer support. u2slot will endeavour to respond to all formal dispute submissions within 10 business days.
15.3 Escalation. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 calendar days of written notice, either party may escalate the matter to the licensing authority's dispute resolution process in accordance with the applicable licence conditions.
15.4 These Terms do not affect any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable Malaysian law.
